I was getting nervous so I emailed a couple programs to ask their timelines:
Mercy: said I had an offer coming in the mail soon.
Medstar: told me I was rejected
OrthoCarolina: said they will send out offers "soon."

Has anyone heard from the program in Virginia?

Haven't heard from either program in Va... I Haven't found emailing programs to be especially helpful, but they may be able to give you a rough timeline. I didn't contact either of those programs though...
