OITE scores

Anyone know when these come in?

Our program director received our results today

Hey if anyone gets the answer key back and perhaps the percentiles I would really be grateful to get them as we dont get our scores back till late winter early spring

We don't get back a key; just a sheet of paper telling us which numbers we missed. We do get back an average correct for our in training year which may be completely worthless to you depending what PGY you are. Anywho, I picked mine up today.

I think a better question is do these scores actually mean anything to your programs? Ours always threatens being called into the chairman's office but I've never heard of that happening. I know other programs really don't pay attention. Just curious what your experience is.

I have heard rumors of programs taking this test like an open book or as a collaborative effort. Anybody hear anything like that? So, just be level headed about your score if you did not do as well as you would like.

Can any PGY 4s tell me the average score on this year's OITE, what was the mean score for YIT 3 (PGY 4) Thanks
