Seems very regional. I know people with 20 interviews and people with 0. I think its super variable right now.

skolHarvin, it seems like you have the most interviews... if you don't mind, could you share your stats... feel free to say no

My stats are not above average for ortho (Step 1 <240). My application strengths are having a graduate degree, several 1st author pubs in a related field, and I improved ~30 pts on step2. I imagine my other grades, letters, etc. are very similar to most applicants.

Seems that a lot of schools in the NE have yet to send out invites, esp. NY/NJ. Maybe Hurricane Sandy set them back a bit.
