It largely depends on where you applied. If one applied to most programs that are on this list, then yeah, it is time to worry. Worrying won't help. But thinking about "what am I gonna do if I won't match" would not be a bit too early.
Don't forget that matching even 2 years ago was not as bad as it is going to be this year. 2 years ago step I average was 238. It went up to 240 last year and I bet will be even higher this year. It was always competitive. But it is getting even more so lately. Last year 1/3 of applicants did not match. The failure rate unmatched by Derm, Neurosurg, ENT, Radiology, Anesthesia, you name it (plastics being the only one with the worst statistics).
We are about 1/3 way down the program list. With the exception of few people on the forum most people got just a handful of interviews, if even that.
Thank you for encouraging words. But at this point nothing besides getting invites will help.

Calm down. Yes this is a competitive field, everyone knows this. But a two point difference on USMLE means nothing. And of the programs on this list, the majority will send out several waves of invitations. As time goes on people will have several conflicts in interview dates and they will start to cancel and then more invitations will be offered. And believe me, it doesn't matter if you get the first interview on a program's list or the last, once you get an interview you're all on a pretty equal playing field and the "fit" for a program and the level of apparent douchebaggary will be the deciding factor in rank. It is a random process, just try to relax, the interviews will come.
