2010-11 Interview Offers

I had all 3 of my 4 LoRs. Everything else, except MSPE of course, has been downloaded. Since receiving an invite my 4th LoR from an away rotation has been uploaded. Therefore, my ERAS is complete. Personally, dont think it made a difference. I get the impression that a complete application was not the ticket to an invite. Hard to know why the invites are sent...

Tibula, have you already sent your undergraduate transcripts to Case? I wasn't aware they required them until this weekend.

Didn't apply to Case. Glad I didn't though. Getting my college transcript would have been harder than completing my ERAS app...my college wasn't organized at all.

This whole thing with the transcripts to Case particularly amuses me. I went to Case for undergrad and grad school before getting the hell out of Dodge for med school. Still applying there since its a good program, but they still wanted me to send my transcripts in even though they can access them on campus.

Had to spend $7 via their online transcript system so that my shit could be mailed across the street (from the engineering quad to the medical center). Haven't heard back from them either way yet, but seeing as how they "misplaced" my med school application which was hand delivered, I'm not holding my breath (and yes, they actually admitted to losing it for about 4 months before inviting me to the last interview day).

Prolly no need to stress about not sending undergrad transcripts to Case Western yet...the response to accepting an interview invite just said "If you have not yet made arrangements to get us your undergrad transcript please do so."
