Called Writght State (Miami Valley) they said next week for invites, if anyone is interested.

Lenox Hill
Seton Hall
Mt. Sinai
Northwestern
GW
NYMC B-Q
NYMC Val
St. Lukes

NYMC - Valhalla (Westchester Medical Center) is interviewing on 1/15. They only have one interview date. Supposedly planning on sending out invites in the next week or two.

Mt. Sinai is interviewing 1/21 and 1/22.

here is a list of some of those programs that I compiled from emailing/calling the programs. I contacted most of these over one month ago so beware that all not be set in stone.

temple - 1/15/05 only date
st lukes - 1/8, 1/22, 1/29
lenox hill - 1/14 only date, same as HSS (what the hell is up with that?!)
GW - 1/7, 1/14, 1/21 - already sent out some invites
northwestern - don't eexpect to get if you didn't rotate: 11/29, 12/6, 12/13, 12/20, 1/17, 1/24, 1/31.

if anyone has different dates than above, please post what you have.

Got tired of being in limbo so I called or emailed a few programs yesterday (12/3).
1. emailed UC Irvine: promptly replied with a rejection email without answering any of my questions.
2. Called Mayo: I have called a few times in the past also and they never replied. I think it's time for me to stop calling.
3. UC Davis: were supposed to send out more invites yesterday. Did anyone get those invites?
4. Called U of Illinois: likely will not send out more invitations. It seems they're stringing us along 'till the very end in case some catastrophe decimates most of the people interviewing.
5. Called U of MD: will send some invites early next week. did not clarify if these would still be for 12/11 or 1/8. They would be competing with some damn good programs for the 8th though.
6. Emailed UCSF: I must have been the 2,000th person to email as that email address no longer works.
7. Called Orlando: same as for Mayo
8. Atlanta Medical: Same as for Mayo

My overall experince with calling is that more than 1/2 the programs are probably tired of people calling. Some of these give some BS response to get you off their back. A few others are genuinely trying to help.

one place told me they are certain i had called them before and seemed unhappy about me calling again.

maybe there was caller id or something?
