SUMMARY:
The Orthopaedic Institute at Lenox Hill Hospital is seeking a highly qualified and motivated candidate to join our research team as a research fellow/coordinator working with both our joint arthroplasty and hip and groin preservation divisions.
As a research coordinator, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating industry-sponsored clinical trials and investigator-initiated research projects. You will also be required to submit new Institutional Review Board (IRB) applications and renew existent applications, serve as a liaison to the Clinical Trials Office (CTO) and Grants Management Office (GMO), and establish rapport with industry sponsors and their research teams. You must be flexible with your time, as some studies may require additional attention as research progression occurs. There will also be opportunities to collaborate with orthopaedic surgeons at other sites within the Northwell Health System. This is a full-time, salaried position.
