This fellowship provides a unique opportunity to work with four fellowship-trained Orthopaedic sports medicine surgeons (Drs. Matthew Matava, Robert Brophy, Matthew Smith, Derrick Knapik) who are looking for a motivated student to participate in prospective and retrospective studies, surgical technique videos as well as systematic reviews and meta-analyses as a means of furthering their interest and knowledge in orthopaedic surgery and sports medicine. Clinical scholars will work closely with all four surgeons, as well as residents and fellows, while having the opportunity to integrate their experience in the clinical setting. The position also allows and encourages clinical scholars to formulate their own research ideas and designs.
