Lall at the American Hip Institute (Chicago, IL) invite M4/R students to apply for a stipend-funded 1-2 year clinical research fellowship starting in June of the respective year. This is a great opportunity for highly motivated candidates pursuing an Orthopedic surgery career. This position offers training in clinical research and collaboration with research interns, surgical fellows, and attending mentors in the field of orthopedic surgery. You will work closely with 6-10 other members of the research team on a variety of sports medicine, hip preservation, and hip reconstruction projects. The Limb Lengthening and Reconstruction Research Fellowship began at Kernan Hospital (University of Maryland) in 1989 and moved to Sinai Hospital of Baltimore in 2001 when the Rubin Institute for Advanced Orthopedics was built. The program has trained over 100 clinical and research fellows since its inception.
