Having survived a THR 5/8/09 at a startling young age, I now have a blog about the whole dreadful thing. It tracks my experience from initial pain through all the treatments I tried, through the decision for surgery, the surgery, and the rehab---including accounts of my progress in PT and getting back to athletics.
