Did anyone use this for preparing for Step 1? I took the 180 question NBME exam and the format seems similar. Any input would be appreciated.

that is by far the best question book i have ever come across. the authors are the ones who actually write the step 1 path questions. i made sure to do ALL of the questions and i rocked path.

I agree that Robbin's is an excellent source of path questions. Another great source for path questions is the University of Utah's pathology site.
