the NMS for Step II is great, it has 900 questions that are solid; i also used kaplan qbank...which is good too but more expensive, i used both b/c a friend gave me NMS for free to use.

I've hear a lot of people say that USMLE World was much better than QBank for Step II, but I've also heard that Kaplan has changed up their QBank for this year because they've been losing a lot of business. For what it's worth...

used both, usmleworld was def more high yield... some direct hits which border on plagery.
qbank is good too if u have the time and want the score, certainly dosent hurt.
