Now that I've had a successful match, I've begun to gear up for step II CK which I'll be taking in three days. I've been studying off and on for the last month, finished q bank and have just started to read step 2 secrets. Is this sufficient? What q bank score correlates to a descent actual usmle score?

Most importantly, does my score mean anything now that I've matched? Will fellowship programs use step 2, or step 3 for that matter, to evaluate applicants? My hunch is no.

not giving an f about s anymore,

My understanding from talking with residents is that a post-match step 2 score is meaningless (provided you pass, of course). Fellowships will only look at OITE score and may not even do that since who know who is more important. Again, this is from talking with residents at 1 program, so take it for what it's worth.

Good luck.
