Review of Orthopedics: Miller

This is a great OITE preparation book. I would suggest trying to read this book during the four weeks prior to taking the OITE. It's great for all of the orthopedic minutiae that you'll soon forget after the OITE every year. Also, not a bad book to read before your written boards (speaking from experience on both accounts). I believe the book relies upon a core knowledge of orthopedics and is not a great book for students.
