The "Musculoskeletal Physical Exam" app on Android is pretty sweet. It's been helping me out a ton on my rotations. Just thought I'd mention it since it's become a very useful tool. It's cheaper than the other apps out there and it has full-videos, which is great for a quick reminder of a physical exam technique. You all should check it out! Hope it helps you as much as it's helped me....nothing quite like seeing an attending's face when you say the patient has a positive <insert obscure test name here>...haha...it's very comprehensive!
