I'd like to buy the AAOS orthopaedic review book (for OITE) prep from them but have noticed that while the price for residents is $99 there isnt an option for overseas ortho residents to purchase this book - the only category on their website is for overseas surgeons and the same book is WAY more expensive that way.
Would any US ortho residents here be willing to purchase this book for me? (I'd paypal you the money in advance). I have buddies in the US who'd ship it on to me.
I may have to buy the book at the inflated price if help isnt forthcoming but it'd be great to be be able to get a copy at the pauper resident price ....
