Just in case any of you were wondering, I just got the updated edition of this book. This is even better than the last edition. I have always been a fan of this book for the nuts and bolts of how to fix fractures. It is a very concise reference for making pre-op plans for approaches and technical tricks for obtaining difficult reductions. In my mind, this book is as important as Hoppenfeld for ortho residents.
