This is an awesome shirt pocket book that all the residents carry at my program. It has a lot of key information that I often forget or have to look up in texts and so has saved me a bunch of time. For instance if you look up "humerus" you can find acceptable angulations, indications for surgery, classifications, epidemiology... Very small, concise, and inexpensive. I know at amazon its $12. The second edition just came out.
