brand new copy in shrink wrap. sells for $225 everywhere. i am asking $150. this includes all the bread and butter ortho procedures (sports, trauma, joints, foot & ankle, hand, spine, etc.). it covers anatomy, instrumentation, positioning, indications, classifications, description of the procedure, post op protocol... basically everything you need to know for each case. a DVD with clips of the critical portions of the procedure is included. you can email me for additional details.
this book is awesome for residents (especially juniors) and general orthopedists.
