Good Overview of Hand Surgery

So started doing some hand research as part of my gap year, and to be honest I feel very much lost. I guess I do have the option of reading Green's cover to cover but I kind of was looking for a broad overview that I could use to learn the basics (besides orthobullets). Any suggestions? I was hoping that there would be a uworld equivalent for ortho but doesn't look like it.

ASSH manual of hand surgery might be what you're looking for, but i dont think Green's is a bad idea at all.

Don't bother going cover to cover because theres a lot of esoteric stuff in there but read chapters like anesthesia, fractures/dislocations fingers, hand, wrist, forearm, nerve compression, infections, amputations... the textbook is actually approachable readable and i think provides great insight that when you're hopefully a resident you wont have the time to slow down and appreciate. you'll use it more as a reference later but Green's is truly a phenomenal read and it's the gold standard.
