Help deciding - Brown versus Maryland

Hi all,

I am having trouble deciding on my #1 spot. My top 2 are Brown and Maryland- but I can't decided which to rank first.

I loved Brown during the interview and it seems like a very strong program but the 6th year also seems rough.

I did an away rotation at Maryland and found it to be great but didn't love the Shock Trauma visiting resident situation (it seemed like the Maryland juniors were scut monkeys for the visiting residents).

Does anyone have inside knowledge / random off the wall opinions on these two programs?

I interviewed at Both and though you lose a year at Brown, it seemed like the better program to me.

I liked Brown more. Didn't like the visiting resident setup @ maryland.
