Interview during an away

Hey guys,

I was so relieved to finally get all of my away rotations nailed down. Then I realized one of my programs interviews externs with their home students in early November. I have confirmed a spot in another program until Nov. 18th. What should I do? I'm assuming I can't take a friday off to interview at another school. I checked to see if I could swap my last away to a different month (I am off mid sept-mid october), but of course that rotation is already full.

Now I'm freaking out that I have inadvertently sabotaged my last program!

Advice?

Alternatively, how bad would it look to attend one of the "regular" interview days in December or January instead of the date that the interview externs?
