Would anybody care to weigh in on the SC programs? For example, which has the best/earliest operative experience? Do any of them highly favor rotators? Does Greenville still have the reputation of being a "numbers" program?

Not the first place I've seen this, but I've got to ask, what exactly does a numbers program entail? Also, what are some other numbers programs?

My understanding is that they're programs with really high step 1 cutoffs or those that value high board scores over everything else.
