I know there are a few programs that ask for an extra personal statement, something you submit outside of ERAS. Anybody have a good list of those programs?

NYU requires a personal statement that says why you want to go there

Thanks, I've also found that Washington State requires an extra form be filled out by your letter writers.

UW (Seattle), Wash U (St. Louis), Yale, and Brown all have supplemental forms posted on their websites.
