Hi, where can I find list of hand fellowship programs that accepts foreigners (IMG who did residency outside of USA?)
Also, are there hand fellowship programs that doesn't need to be applied through the match?

Depends on if you want an ACGME-accredited vs. non-accredited. I think you have to be board-certified to take the CAQ exam ( www.assh.org/s/subspecialty-certificate-hand-surgery ) so you may not need an ACGME fellowship. In that case, Kleinert has several positions and UPMC (Plastic) hand fellowship has one spot that is a mix of hand with more micro that is non-accredited.
