Visiting resident for elective rotation

Hello.

I am looking for places in the US that accept international residents (residents enrolled in international orthopedics boards) to visit for short term as an elective rotation.
I have visited and worked as visiting/external resident in Canada as they have clear path on how to apply for an elective rotation. But I could not find any in the US.

I am looking for Upper extremity reconstruction/ Sport. preferably in good major centers.
(Rush, mont-sinai, HSS, etc..)

Anyone knows how to arrange for an elective, please help.
