The Department of Orthopedic Surgery, University of Missouri, MOI is seeking an ambitious recent graduate who is interested in pursuing a Research Coordinator Fellowship in preparation for Orthopaedic Surgery residency. Duties of the Research Coordinator include:
• Coordinate all aspects of assigned research projects
• Prepare research protocols/applications (IRB, IACUC, HIPAA, etc.)
• Identify, consent, and act as a resource for study participants
• Collect data on research subjects via review of patient charts, imaging, etc. and maintenance of databases
Specific prerequisites and characteristics of the Research Coordinator include:
