My plan was to review Netter's Orthopedic Anatomy.

Start with Handbook of Fractures

Read Wrist, Hip, Proximal Femur, Ankle.

If you know those cold, you're off to a good start. Then read proximal humerus, olecranon, pelvis, acetabulum, tibial plateau, tibial plafond.
