Miller Review versus AAOS: AAOS has be revamped in last few years and is 4.5 days now. Miller has been around the longest.

Any opinions as to which course is better? Pros/cons?

Are you certain you need a review course? Look back at your past residents and see if they took courses or not. Some programs are better at preparing you for the boards than others. I personally just read the latest OKU and Miller's review during the month before the boards as well as went through all of my OITE exams.
