Replied by on topic Probably better to direct that
Probably better to direct that question to folks in the program you will be joining. Some programs like Millers.. others like OKU.... and still others may use the new AAOS. Our academics were structured around the AAOS review. Try to find out what you're program is using as their primary study guide for academics before spending too much money on other resources.

Replied by on topic I have both the AAOS
I have both the AAOS review book and Millers (as well as Rockwood Fracture Solutions). I am reading through both the AAOS and Millers to reinforce the concepts. For detailed stuff I encounter when on call or that I will be operating on, I utilize Rockwood.

I think one of the two reviews is a must have along with Rockwood. Hopefully your program has a copy of Green's because it is an absolute necessity if you take Hand call and will be doing revision/completion amps in the ER or attempting to reduce Hand fractures/dislocations.
