How to get additional journal subscriptions as a resident?

I recently matched and my program is providing the "standard" journal subscriptions but I was wondering how residents have gone about getting subscriptions to additional journals of interest?

I agree with the other folks, you will most likely be too busy.

However, if you want more journals, think about joining some of the different ortho societies.

For example, if you join ASSH (Hand Society) you pay 75 dollars once and receive the Journal of Hand Surgery throughout your residency. I know the Arthroscopy Association does something similar.
