Hello all,

I am a orthopedic intern, and wanted to ask how important Step 3 scores are as a factor in applying for fellowships.

From my understanding, OITEs, LORs and facetime seem more important in securing a fellowship, and wanted to see how step 3 factors in compared to Step 1, 2 with residency apps.
