I'm not an orthopod - that's my fiancée.
As she's due to sit her final part 2 exams next year (the final exams before she becomes a consultant) I've knocked up a website so she can practise MCQs whenever she has some spare time.

The questions are drawn from a bank of almost 1400 and are all questions that have appeared in the Australian exams in the last five years.
The site will let you take two quizzes, one of 100 questions and 1 of 50 questions and will allow you the same time you get in the actual exam. The site will mark the exam and let you review your answers after you finish. I'll be adding more questions and more quizzes as time goes by.
As the questions are randomized, you can take the quizzes as many times as you like.
Feedback on how to improve the site is much appreciated (forgive the sparse layout - I'll fix that when I get some time) as is any additional MCQ questions you could send me so I could add them to the bank.
I put too much work into the programming for it just to be used by my missus and her study group so I'm throwing it open to the world.
