The Miller's now have two courses. The residents review course will be held again in Denver Colorado May 20-24, 2010. They also have a Maintenance of Certification/Recertification course in Dallas, TX Jan 29-31, 2010. You can save $200 by registering for either of these courses before Aug 1, 2008.
