Can the US innovate?

Easy yourself.

The Reverse was "the new kid on the Block" because we COULDN'T buy it before! And it only recently had midterm followup from US centers. Just like the Birmingham hip, it needed FDA approval before guys over here could start using the thing. I think everyone knows that getting device approval is more difficult here than overseas. Do you guys use the X-Stop btw?
