Hey,

Was just wondering what people from different places were using for the horribly comminuted intra articular distal radius fractures. We seem to be putting in a lot of TRIMEDs at my hospital. What system are you using?

Mostly hand innovations. If it is too smashed up, will use an ex-fix. Have also a time or two used a BMP sponge primarily if there is extensive bone loss.
