Skeletal Trauma vs. Rockwood and Green was created by longboard
Hey, I was just wondering if anyone had any opinions on whether Skeletal Trauma or Rockwood and Green is a better text. It seems that they are both awesome and it pretty much comes down to personal preference, but I was just curious if anyone had any opinions.

Replied by on topic If you search the book
If you search the book reviews, you'll find some opinions. Some people like ST, some like Rockwood. Rockwood is more detailed (some say harder to read) and ST is more to the point. I think the Fractures in Children (Vol 3 of Rockwood) is much better than ST for Chiildren.

do you prefer Honda or Toyota? Canon or Nikon? It really doesn't matter, as long as you read whichever one you buy.

go with the new rockwood. also check out JBJS and the AAOS journal for updates/etc. the academy journal has great quick reviews on fractures that you should have access to.
