Most programs have old tests laying around. Talk to your senior residents. I would definitely go through the last few years tests as there are frequently repeated questions or slightly changed questions.

The san francisco program has made a great site with many years of old OITEs along with explanations of answers. Our residency uses it very frequently. I don't have the web address but google it.
