Quick questions about movement disorders and THA

I have always been interested in neurology but somehow got the bug for orthopedic surgery. Thus this is what I will strive to match into next year.

In the meantime, however, I am interested in finding an elective rotation in a department that works with a unique aspect of ortho.....

Hip replacements in individulas with movement disorders (ie huntington's or parkinson's) Weird yes, but who is a "leader in the field" or do you know of anyone who has an interest in this unique line of research?

Mary Ann Keenan is an orthopod on faculty at Penn who specializes in neuromuscular disorders. I don't know if she does joint replacments though.
