How do you all keep your anatomy sharp?

I am an MS1 and I finished my musculoskel block a couple of months ago... and I think I forgot everything already

Like most things....repetition aids in retention of anatomy.

I'm a PGY-4 and I'll still read the approaches the night before the case (or 5 minutes before the case). Even basic things like carpal tunnels and and forearm fractures I'll review if I haven't done one in a month or two.

I would reccomend drinking as much as possible now, doing well in your other subjects so your overall application is competitive, and have as much fun in your free time until residency. THere's a lot more to surgery than memorizing anatomy (but it is important)

Otherwise, spot reading as a subject comes along (using netter or hoppenfeld is usually sufficent)

Replied by on topic I took an elective advanced
I took an elective advanced gross anatomy course in the Spring of my M4 year. It was self study. I just dissected the extremities again for review.
