I find the following situation ridiculous:
650 or so really intelligent ortho residents study for boards every year and what, five times that many study for OITE every year. MANY programs have compiled OITE answers, study guides, board review materials amongst the residents, often independent of the faculty. These things are often circulated in an INTER-residency fashion, yet no one has brought together these resources for the general consumption of the residents.
What are your thoughts? Is this possible? Would it be legal?
This may be happening on smaller scales in various ortho resident communities, but I haven't heard of it.
