campbells vs chapman for residents was created by donkeypunch
i'm just starting my intern year and have some money from the department to buy a set of books - does anyone have any advice on which set of general ortho books to buy? i'm debating cambpells vs chapman, i know they're both supposed to be good, but any advice you can give would be great. thanks.

i've done a "books" search on this site and want to know specifically if anyone prefers one of the sets above to the other.

I'm finishing off my intern year - and I have to tell ya
I found a Skeletal Trauma to be very helpful. If you have
access to mdconsult.com - they have both Skeletal truma
and Campbells - usally this login is available free from your medical
school library...i signed up for it prior to graduating.

I read random sections from Campbells throughout the year
and I found it to be excellent. You will quickly find out that
everyone is going to have an opinion on what is good - the
best thing to do is hit the library and just flip through some of
the books and see what fits ur style of learning.
