Hi
Iam working on a research project involving classification of acetabular fractures.
I have gone through few textbook , but none of them have ,anything about interpretation of C.T scans of acetabulum .
Can anybody just me a good radiology T.B or articles with good description of how ti intrepet C.T scans in acetabular fractures

Well you may not find anything good, but try the Marvin Tile book Fx of the Pelv and Acetab. Pub by Williams and Wilkins.

The reason I say that you might not find much, as you already know, is that acetab Fx can be classified from the standard 5 views of the pelvis. Yes CT does make it easier, but you should be able to do it from plain films
