Orthopaedic Associates of Wausau is an independent private practice group. It is the premiere group in the community with a patient draw from Central Wisconsin up to the Upper Peninsula of Michigan
6 Surgeons (2 General, 2 General/Trauma, 2 upper extremity) make up the group with one Physician Assistant (>15years ortho experience) seeing clinic patients and First Assisting when needed.
We are looking to recruit one or two surgeons as the practice continues to grow.
General orthopaedics and/or any specialty training would be considered.
We work at a Level 2 trauma community hospital and a physician owned multispecialty outpatient surgery center.
The community is perfect for raising a family and provides easy access to all the outdoor recreational activities one could think of.
This is a wonderful career opportunity and ideal for a new surgeon looking for private practice and a supportive/collegial group of partners.
The partnership track is usually about 1-2 years with a very low buy in. Income potential is >1 million per year.
