not AOA! - there is still hope for those of us without AOA
tons of research experience
two papers in Major Journals
Presented work at a major meeting
8 abstracts published

I think your 8 abstracts and 2 articles more than make up for non-AOA.

I am sure many of the big research places look at the fact that I have never set foot in a lab and drop me like a bad habit. That's fine with me though, if the RRC would let me, I would graduate residency without a single project. Give me a saw and a hammer, I'll leave the research to motivated guys like you.
