How much do the waitlists move? Seems a lot more people are put on waitlists this year than years past.

I figure a waitlist = a rejection. At least this way if i get off the waitlist, it will be a pleasant surprise. On another note, anybody else still waiting on their first invite? This is starting to get depressing........
