Can anything be extrapolated from programs downloading updated USMLE transcripts even after their rank lists are supposedly done (long after interview)?

Programs can't specify certain people or areas to download. Basically, if they log on and hit the "download" button - all the updated information from all the applicants is downloaded to their program.

So even if your information was updated recently, it doesn't mean it was you they were looking at - it could have been any of the ~100 applicants they interviewed.

out of curiosity, anybody hear anything at all from Cedars-Sinai after their interviews? How far down their ROL do you guys think they might go, given that they are a new program but also in LA (very desirable)?

I got an email the day before the rank list was due essentially thanking me for considering the program and reiterating that although they are a new program, their faculty is dedicated to teaching and ensuring that the residency program is successful.

Although they have great facilities and the luxury of LA weather...I think they are gonna have to go pretty deep on their rank list this year.
