And now we wait...

Man, I checked to make sure my rank list was certified like '40 times'. I can't tell you how many times last year that I had a nightmare that I failed to do that.

It's all over, and now we wait. What's everyone going to do in the meantime?

Drink heavily.

I have been having the same nightmares...

I could barely sleep Tuesday night and spent most of Wednesday going over my rank list and if I should change anything. Luckily, every time I brought up a point of why I should switch something, my wife kindly reminded me I had already considered that and what I had decided before. In the end I changed nothing.

Now I'm just burying myself in work trying not to think about it so the weeks hopefully fly by!

heh.. I took most of today off to sleep in, plus the weather is whatever. I'm going to get back to work in a little while.. but I felt I deserved a break. I have been going 100% since 3rd year of medical school... my last real vacation was right before 4th year rotations. My school didn't give us time 'off'.. my time off was going to be at the end of may/june. Not matching ruined that and I've been burning the candle for too long. If I match, I plan on burying myself in some tropical hole some where drinking tequila and coronas or some form of a colada.. ahhhhh!
