i am a fmg from india have got 99/236 99/243 and cs cleared in first attempt have done my post graduate from reputed mumbai university
have 2 years of post ms experience all ortho lors 10 presentation publications applied to 50 programmes 30 rejections till now no response from the rest no ivs i thing this is the end for me

Morale -- Orthopaeidcs is really competative in US and there is no place for FMGs

very sorry to hear it. if u really want to come here u should train somewhere else and come here on a research fellowship. stay a couple years, work your way into a trauma fellowship, and go from there. i've seen it done. god bless.
