This is just a random guess, but since it says "11/11 email" next to it, I am going to guess that it was by...not hearing from them.

Well, MSPE's have been out for only 7 business days and everyone applied to way too many programs.

It probably means they either haven't reviewed your file yet or you are in the stack for reconsideration when some of the invites inevitably cancel.
